The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time while maintaining payroll records, reviewing timekeeping data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Payroll Specialist
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

Pay Range:
$25 - 30/hr.
DOE Shift:
1 st shift; M-F, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Requirements:
2+ years of payroll, accounting, or administrative experience preferred. Process payroll (hours, overtime, deductions) accurately and on time Manage timekeeping and payroll reporting using Dayforce (HRIS) Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy Review payroll for compliance with company policies and labor laws Resolve employee payroll questions and discrepancies Partner with HR and accounting to support payroll accuracy Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits Use payroll systems, timekeeping software, and Google tools Apply basic knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and wage calculations Maintain confidentiality of employee information Stay organized, detail-oriented, and meet deadlines Bilingual is
STRONGLY
preferred High school diploma required; degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
