$29 - $33 per hour Job Details - This role processes payroll on a recurring cycle and maintains compliance across all applicable jurisdictions. Responsibilities Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule for both hourly and salaried employees Review and audit timekeeping data, including overtime, PTO, and shift differentials Administer garnishments, deductions, benefit elections, and 401(k) contributions Reconcile payroll registers and prepare payroll journal entries for the general ledger Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour requirements Prepare and reconcile quarterly and annual filings including W-2s Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies Support audits, workers compensation reporting, and payroll system improvements Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience Multi-state payroll experience Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour regulations Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paylocity, or UKG Strong Excel skills and proven discretion with confidential information High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus A bit about us: - We are a well-established company with a strong reputation in our market and steady growth ahead.
