This on-site role supports payroll operations within an industrial facilities and infrastructure construction environment and is ideal for someone with payroll, administrative, or data entry experience who enjoys accuracy, problem-solving, and employee support. Key Responsibilities Scan, review, and process payroll-related mail through the departmental ticketing system according to established procedures. Respond to employee payroll inquiries submitted through the ticketing system, payroll customer service line, and voicemail. Research, resolve, document, and route payroll tickets accurately while escalating complex or sensitive issues as needed. Perform payroll-related data entry with strong accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Communicate payroll information clearly and professionally to help employees understand payroll processes and issue resolutions. Support the payroll team during peak payroll cycles, absences, or high-volume periods to maintain service continuity.

Compensation and Benefits Pay rate:

$29 to $33 per hour, depending on experience.
