We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to join our talented team. Successful candidate will be required to work cohesively with field and office personnel in the processing of weekly in-house payroll. This role works closely with field personnel, back office teams, management and accounting, Job Requirements will include but are not limited to: Able to meet strict deadlines Be extremely detail oriented; this position is largely comprised of data entry Possess good organizational/document control Follow direction Self-motivated with a desire to learn Work well within a team and fast paced environment Maintain employee confidentiality and records Complete requests for Verifications Of Employment (VOE), garnishments, and court orders. Process certified payroll Assist with drug screen program; this would require candidate to become a DER and be placed on random drug screening Position requires ability to lift , bend, reach above shoulder level, climbing stairs, pulling, prolonged standing and/or sitting

Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of Payroll experience Accounting experience a plus Able to type 50+ WPM Intermediate working knowledge of Excel Applicant must pass proficiency tests for typing and Excel before being considered for interview. Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Pay:

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
