Contract-to-Hire Overview:
A well-established organization inPasadena is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role will support payroll operations for approximately 300-400 employees and work closely with internal payroll colleagues to ensure timely and accurate processing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with payroll taxes and hands-on knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
Key Responsibilities:
Process full-cycle payroll for 300-400 employees on a regular schedule Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations Utilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for payroll processing, reporting, and audits Review and reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner Partner closely with payroll team members and HR to maintain accurate employee records Assist with payroll audits, reporting, and month-end close processes
Qualifications:
3+ years of payroll processing experience Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and compliance requirements Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Pay Details:
