This role is designed as a launching point: the right person will grow into a full Implementation Consultant role, leading complex client engagements and owning the UKG platform relationship. Responsibilities Engage with prospects and clients to understand their Payroll, Time & Labor Management, and HRIS needs Support and help lead discovery sessions with customers to define requirements Configure and build Workforce Ready (WFR) modules to meet customer requirements Assist in building and executing customer training programs Help maintain and grow the UKG platform relationship, including engagement with UKG support Stay current on the latest product features, functionality, and new releases Act as a knowledgeable resource both internally and with customers Work as a team and help wherever needed to get client projects across the finish line Contribute to developing best practices and processes as you build implementation experience Provide support to relationship managers Qualifications Exceptional ability to configure software and quickly translate technical requirements into working system setups — this is the most important qualification for this role Ease in learning and navigating new software systems and technical environments Proven record of interacting with people effectively and seeing projects through to completion Demonstrated ability to lead — whether leading a task, a meeting, or a small project Working knowledge of Payroll, Time & Labor Management (TLM), and HR processes Excellent communication skills, both speaking and writing Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail Education and Experience Experience with Payroll, Time & Labor Management, or HR processes Experience with UKG Workforce Ready or UKG Workforce Central a plus Prior experience configuring, implementing, or administering software systems preferred
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
