Job Description

We are seeking an organized HR & Payroll Coordinator to manage daily HR operations and payroll processing. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and company policies. This role balances accurate data management with excellent employee customer service. Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration Process bi-weekly payroll accurately for 250+ exempt and non-exempt employees within Paycor. Track and verify employee timecards, overtime, leaves, and paid time off. Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings, and direct deposits. Reconcile payroll discrepancies and issue manual checks when necessary. Prepare payroll reports and spreadsheets for management teams. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR documentation. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee orientation. Administer offboarding processes, including termination paperwork and exit interviews. Administer employee benefits and support the annual benefits open enrollment process and monthly billing reconciliation. Support performance evaluation and employee development processes. Assist management with employee relations matters and HR best practices. Assists with workers compensation benefits program and annual audit, completes accident investigation forms. Ensure company compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws. Administrative Support Supervise and support HR assistant in completion of duties Collaborate with other departments to support special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned. Track staffing levels, turnover, payroll costs, and workforce metrics
Qualifications Experience :
2-4 years of combined HR and payroll processing experience.
Systems :
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience using Paycor or equivalent software.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Compliance :
Strong knowledge of FLSA regulations, tax laws, and payroll guidelines.
Skills :
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong attention to detail, accuracy in all work performed, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strict confidentiality.
Pay:
$33.65 - $36.25 per hour
