POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position will be responsible for processing of company payroll and time and attendance. Analyze calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions.
LOCATION
The position is based on-site at DrinkPAK's facility in Santa Clarita, California.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 450 employees in Southern California Review timecards daily for missing punches, missing supervisor notes, tardies, missed shifts, etc. to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing every two weeks Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting Prepare and analyze payroll reports, presenting findings to Payroll Manager Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries professionally and efficiently Maintain payroll records and prepare reports on payroll activities for management review Initiate Off-Cycle payments, as needed Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and financial reporting Monitor changes and remain current on legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements (wage & hour, garnishments, 401(k), etc.) Ensure employees and supervisors approve timecards by the deadline each pay period to ensure timely payroll processing Ensure accurate data entry in payroll system Process and monitor garnishment orders Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Atleast 1-2 years of experience in California payroll processing or accounting roles 6 months to 1 year of experience in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking & Absence required Fundamental Payroll Professional (FPP) designation is preferred, but not required Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred Must be comfortable working in an open workspace / bullpen Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Well-organized, detail-oriented, and strong ability to multi-task Knowledge of IRS and various state regulations regarding payroll and accounting reconciliations/auditing techniques preferred Ability to meet deadlines & maintains a "right the first-time" mentality Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel software applications Continuous improvement mindset

BASE SALARY COMPENSATION RANGE
$75,000 - $85,000
