JOB SUMMARY
The Payroll Administrator facilities Payroll processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLIITIES
Facilitate standard Payroll processing, including data entry for PTO hours, employee changes and time entry. Manage data transfer between systems for weekly Payroll processing. Identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies in Payroll and HR systems. Support HR, Payroll and Safety audits. Maintain HR databases and systems, including data entry for new hires, terminations, pay changes, and employee status changes. Support workers compensation and leave of absence administration. Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes. Respond to routine HR inquiries, including employment verifications. Maintain employee files, HR reporting tools, dashboards and trackers (e.g., headcount, turnover, seniority dates, contact information). Support employee engagement initiatives and company events. Maintain company directory and organizational charts. Promote and adhere to company safety protocols and regulations. Support and exemplify the company's mission and values in all interactions. Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum three years of experience in Payroll Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Bilingual Spanish and English strongly preferred Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and other standard office equipment Ability to lift and carry items such as files, boxes, or office supplies (typically up to 20 lbs)
