This opportunity requires 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. Location is Bloomfield, Colorado. Must have experience with ADP WorkforceNow. Responsibilities and Experience Needed Calculate and process semi-monthly multi-state payroll including long-term incentives, benefits plans, taxes, garnishments, sick leave, and other payroll deductions. Understanding of long-term incentive programs including RSUs and carry pools Familiarity with income sourcing for domestic and global mobility participants Knowledge of various Visa types how it affects payroll tax withholdings Maintain payroll records and ensure all data is entered into the payroll system accurately and in a timely manner Ensure legal compliance is always maintained Bachelor's degree in accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in payroll processing as a Payroll Specialist. Extensive experience with employee payroll software and an HRIS (ADP WorkforceNow and SuccessFactors preferred) Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel Experience with global payroll tax and processing is preferred FPC or CPP payroll certification preferred Experience with other HR functionalities preferredPay:
