In this role, you'll ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage regulations — including Davis‑Bacon — while partnering closely with subcontractors, project teams, and internal payroll. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to play a key role in keeping large‑scale construction projects running smoothly and compliantly.
Compensation:
$60,000 – $65,000 annually
Location:

Lead subcontractor onboarding — collect required payroll and project documentation, coordinate setup, and ensure smooth handoff to the Dili platform team. Drive weekly compliance communication — issue updates on payroll submissions, flagged items, outstanding documentation, and overall project status. Partner with Payroll teams to resolve issues related to self‑performed work and ensure accurate reporting. Create and maintain SOPs that support consistent, scalable compliance processes for both subcontractors and internal operations. Manage documentation workflows — upload payroll and apprenticeship records, complete data entry in client portals, DOL systems, and other compliance platforms. Support subcontractors by answering payroll questions, providing guidance, and escalating issues when needed. Use advanced Excel skills to build, maintain, and analyze compliance and payroll reports. Assist with year‑end processes, internal audits, and regulatory reporting to ensure ongoing compliance. Jump in where needed to support broader payroll operations and compliance initiatives. What You Bring 2+ years of administrative experience in a high‑volume, detail‑oriented environment. Proven ability to manage reporting, deadlines, and accuracy under pressure. Understanding of prevailing wage regulations (Davis‑Bacon experience strongly preferred). Exceptional attention to detail and high‑accuracy data entry skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse internal and external partners. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment. Preferred Experience Construction industry background. Familiarity with certified payroll systems or compliance platforms (e.g., Dili). Why You'll Love Working Here We offer a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where your work directly supports project success and regulatory compliance. You'll have opportunities for professional growth, competitive compensation, and a healthy work‑life balance — all while contributing to a team committed to operational excellence and employee development.
