We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist at our Englewood location located right off of I-25 at exit 193. This position requires knowledge and understanding of the payroll process and knowledge of payroll taxes. As a member of the payroll team you will be responsible for complete payroll processing for your assigned accounts and corresponding with federal, state, and local tax agencies on behalf of clients to resolve problems in the required time frame. Payroll Specialist will provide quality client service to maintain a high rate of client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications High School diploma or GED Min. of 1 year payroll processing experience required Proficiency in word processing and related applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to work independently and remain flexible in role Ability to work under high pressure, multi-tasking environment Exceptional customer service skills-outgoing and friendly personality required Self-motivated, organized and professional. Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance. Possess good public relations, communication, general office, clerical and telephone skills Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and have excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to meet deadlines Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in the English language, both orally and in writing.
