Our fully in‑house team brings together expertise across payroll, HR compliance, benefits, insurance, and PEO/ASO services, ensuring seamless, coordinated support. We focus on simplifying people operations, strengthening compliance, and acting as a true partner invested in each client's long‑term success. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a multi-client environment and serves as a trusted resource for client companies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. As a Payroll Specialist, you won't just be pushing buttons; you'll be a vital partner to our clients, ensuring their most valuable assets - their people - are paid accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Process full-cycle payroll for multiple client companies in iSolved Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries, reporting, and troubleshooting Audit payroll data for accuracy including wage garnishments, tax jurisdictions, and benefit deductions. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in a PEO, HRO, or multi-client environment Demonstrated proficiency with iSolved payroll software (required) Strong working knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax regulations High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple client payrolls simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-service orientation Preferred Qualifications Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) designation is preferred, but not required Experience with multi-state payroll processing across 10 or more states Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages shifting priorities with composure
