Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee experience. Maintain employee records, administer benefits-related updates, and manage HRIS data. Partner with department managers on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ADP is strongly preferred. Prior experience processing payroll and managing onboarding/offboarding functions is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. High level of organization and attention to detail.
