Payroll Administrator (Part-Time)
Target Compensation:
$35.00/hour (18-20 hours per week)

Payroll Administrator:
Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP from timekeeping through reporting. Review, reconcile, and resolve payroll discrepancies, timecards, and employee pay changes. Maintain employee payroll records, tax withholdings, deductions, and compliance requirements. Support payroll reporting, audits, W-2 processing, and labor cost allocations. Respond to employee payroll inquiries and support onboarding/offboarding activities. Qualifications for the
Payroll Administrator:
3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience. Strong proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and payroll workflows. Knowledge of federal and Connecticut payroll, tax, wage, and leave regulations.
