$80,000 - $100,000 per year Job Details - Key Responsibilities Partner with payroll leadership to support weekly payroll processing across U.S. and Canadian employee populations, ~2500 employees Review wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to processing Maintain complete and accurate payroll records and documentation Adhere to established payroll policies and procedures and provide guidance to internal employees as needed Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally and discreetly Track and validate time reporting, submissions, and approvals on a recurring basis Support payroll operations during a system and process transition, contributing to change management and adoption efforts Qualifications 4-5 years of experience supporting multi‑state payroll processing Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; exposure to enterprise platforms preferred Familiarity with additional payroll systems is a plus Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment A bit about us: - A well‑established organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join its corporate payroll team.
