$26-$30/hr., but flex for the right person/long term fit Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Process A/P invoices, checks, and virtual credit card payments Process ACHs in lieu of petty cash Reconcile vendor accounts and bank statements Reconcile payment log to AR deposits Payroll & Human Resources Support Process new hires, rehires, and terminations Manage new hire onboarding and maintain employee files Prepare and review timesheets and tip pools Prepare and distribute payroll using Paychex Administer benefits for full-time employees Support HR needs, including training, investigations, and warnings Office Support (backup to Receptionist) Answer and direct phone calls Maintain knowledge of the club calendar, including functions, banquets, amenities, and hours of operation Provide member support via phone, website, fax, and email Accounts Receivable / Membership Process daily AR sales (restaurant, pro shop, 5th hole, pool snack bar, and banquets) Process daily receipts, checks, and credit card payments Reconcile house accounts Prepare and mail monthly statements and flyers Process membership billing correction requests Prepare reports as requested (e.g., monthly F&B sales revenue) Process membership changes and related correspondence Track and document UBI (special party spreadsheet) General Assist with year-end audit and general ledger support as directed by the Controller Qualifications Required 2–4 years of experience with accounting software Prior payroll processing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively Ability to work independently Preferred Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting Accounting experience in a private club, golf course, or restaurant setting Experience with Northstar Global software Experience with Paychex or similar payroll software EB-2608875884
