Why You'll Love This Role Take ownership of payroll processing, review, and submission Manage benefits billing and reconciliation , ensuring accuracy against employee rosters Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding Collaborate with a visible HR team across multiple locations Opportunity to improve HR processes and systems as the company grows Key Responsibilities Review and submit payroll; ensure accurate time, PTO, and employee changes Reconcile benefits billing and maintain alignment with employee enrollment Maintain HRIS records and ensure employee data accuracy Administer leave programs including FMLA Maintain compliance documentation and assist with audits Generate HR reports related to payroll, benefits, and workforce metrics Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies Qualifications 3+ years of HR operations experience with direct payroll and benefits reconciliation responsibility Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) Knowledge of HR compliance requirements including FMLA, ADA, and I-9 documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills This role is perfect for an HR professional who is passionate about payroll and benefits reconciliation and takes pride in maintaining accurate HR systems and efficient processes. #LI-EM3 #INMAR2026
