Job Description
Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a growing team in Boca Raton. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience processing high-volume payroll accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multi-state payroll while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly, bi-weekly, and/or semi-monthly payroll for a large employee populationManage high-volume payroll transactions with accuracy and timelinessReview and audit payroll data, including timekeeping records, earnings, deductions, and taxesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulationsProcess payroll adjustments, garnishments, bonuses, commissions, and employee status changesMaintain payroll records and support payroll reporting requirementsRespond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepanciesAssist with payroll tax filings, W-2 preparation, and year-end processingPartner with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate employee and payroll dataSupport audits and special payroll-related projects as neededScheduleFull-timeOn-site in Boca Raton, FL
