We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst with strong analytical and payroll processing experience to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role is responsible for managing and executing full-cycle, in-house payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring all payroll activities are completed accurately and on schedule. Perform payroll analysis and reporting using advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Utilize Oracle HCM or Oracle Cloud Fusion (preferred) to process and maintain payroll data. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable payroll regulations. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

7-10 years of hands-on payroll experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP required). Experience with Oracle HCM or Oracle Cloud Fusion payroll systems preferred.
