Pay Range:
$22.00
  • $25.
00 per hour (commensurate with experience) The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of company payroll, maintaining employee timekeeping records, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires a high level of discretion, excellent analytical skills, and comfortable familiarity with standard office software.
Responsibilities:
  • Review, verify, and process hourly and salaried payroll data.
  • Track and reconcile employee timecards and attendance records.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies or tax questions with excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and maintain digital payroll reports, employee files, and tax documentation.
  • Assist the accounting and HR departments with routine audits and administrative tasks.
Working hours:
7:00 AM
  • 4:00
PM Skills:
  • Familiarity with automated timekeeping and payroll management systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos, or Paychex).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with internal teams.
  • Great time-management skills and the ability to meet strict weekly and bi-weekly deadlines.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
  • Proven, hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas), Microsoft Word (document creation), and Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing and archiving).
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working in a dedicated payroll, bookkeeping, or administrative accounting role.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and mathematical calculations.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial and personal information with the utmost discretion.
