Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Payroll Security Specialist for a critical, fast-tracked 30-day engagement. This role requires a self-starter who can take full ownership of payroll security configurations with zero supervision.

Key Responsibilities Role Engineering:

Independently design, build, and test complex payroll security roles from end to end.

System Integration:

Manage security requirements across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

Compliance & Governance:

Ensure all payroll roles adhere to strict data privacy standards and internal audit requirements.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve authorization bottlenecks or permission conflicts within the ECP environment.

Required Qualifications Subject Matter Expertise:

Proven, solid experience in SAP ECP Security and RBP frameworks.

Autonomy:

Demonstrated ability to complete the entire payroll security lifecycle without technical supervision.

Efficiency:

Ability to work under tight deadlines to ensure project completion within the 30-day window.
