Key Qualifications 2+ years of payroll experience with a bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll for 200+ employees. Strong understanding of payroll compliance, garnishments, tax levies, and federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Experience processing high-volume, multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule. Advanced bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, IF formulas, XLOOKUP, and other advanced functions. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Experience with ADP or UKG is a plus.
