Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and safety screening Schedule, reschedule, edit, and cancel appointments Collect payments and explain insurance benefits and financial responsibilities Answer occasional phone calls and assist walk-in patients Address patient questions and escalate priority issues to management as needed Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Location ProScan Imaging at NCH, Naples, Florida. Primary site with occasional flexibility required.

Qualifications:
