Payroll Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Miami Gardens, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records. You will collaborate with various departments to address payroll-related inquiries and support audits and reporting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll on a bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly basis, ensuring accuracy in time, earnings, deductions, and related data.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, verifying all information for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide prompt responses to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
• Reconcile payroll data prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports for accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations, wage laws, and industry best practices.
• Assist with year-end reporting tasks, including preparing W-2s, 1099s, and other payroll documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues.
• Safeguard employee payroll information by maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant payroll documentation and information.
