Schedule:
M-F, arrival time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM Standard business hours with increased workload around payroll deadlines and year-end Job description: Process weekly payroll for approximately 500 employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for both hourly and salaried staff. Review and audit timekeeping records, pay rates, overtime, bonuses, garnishments, taxes, benefits, and other deductions to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. Maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and deductions, while reconciling payroll reports and resolving discrepancies. Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing timely support to employees and collaborating with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to ensure data integrity. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, support payroll audits, reporting requirements, and year-end processes including W-2 reconciliation and distribution.
