Payroll Coordinator An electrical construction company in Pensacola is searching for a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who will be responsible for developing, implementing and administer companywide payroll for employees, working in a company with a proven team-oriented culture. What you'll be doing to make an impact: One or more years' experience processing Payroll and managing employee benefits Knowledge of basic labor law pertaining to wage and hour Construction accounting and prevailing wage payroll helpful Accounting experience is helpful but not required General math skills Computer skills that include Microsoft Word, Excel (Intermediate Level), Outlook and any accounting software (helpful but not required) 10-key by touch. Proficient keyboarding skills Visual acuity and the ability to read, write and comprehend the English language including spelling, business communications Experience using office equipment, general filing and answering phones Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and professional demeanor Outstanding organizational skills Energy, enthusiasm, and cooperation Minimum high school diploma Requires sitting for long periods, lifting, bending, and reaching overhead
