This opportunity is ideal for a Payroll Clerk who enjoys in‑house, full‑cycle payroll, complex calculations, and working closely with departments to resolve payroll issues, without direct people management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Clerk Process full‑cycle, in‑house payroll for approximately 800 full‑time employees on a semi‑monthly basis, including payroll tax processing through EFTPS. Support employee payroll by calculating hours, auditing reports, and ensuring accurate module processing. Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, benefits, retirement plans, and payroll liabilities, including reconciliations. Prepare and audit overtime, compensatory time, class‑based calculations, and expired comp time payouts. Maintain payroll calendars, schedules, and documentation while partnering with departments to resolve payroll issues. Qualifications for the Payroll Clerk Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of recent, hands‑on payroll experience; higher‑education payroll experience strongly preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office; PeopleSoft experience is highly desirable. EB-9943549462
