This opportunity is ideal for a Payroll Coordinator who enjoys in‑house, full‑cycle payroll, complex calculations, and working closely with departments to resolve payroll issues—without direct people management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Coordinator Process full‑cycle, in‑house payroll for approximately 800 full‑time employees on a semi‑monthly basis, including payroll tax processing through EFTPS, as the Payroll Coordinator Support employee payroll by calculating hours, auditing reports, and ensuring accurate module processing as the Payroll Coordinator Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, benefits, retirement plans, and payroll liabilities, including reconciliations, as the Payroll Coordinator Prepare and audit overtime, compensatory time, class‑based calculations, and expired comp time payouts as the Payroll Coordinator Maintain payroll calendars, schedules, and documentation while partnering with departments to resolve payroll issues as the Payroll Coordinator Qualifications for the Payroll Coordinator Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field 4+ years of recent, hands‑on in-house payroll experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office; PeopleSoft experience is highly desirable #INJUN2026
