($25-$28.26) on an hourly basis

Description:

Payroll Analyst Must demonstrate aptitude for analytical and problem-solving tasks/ Must have basic proficiency in MS Excel Must have strong customer service experience Key Responsibilities Manage payroll-related requests through ServiceNow from case creation to closure Respond to employee and vendor payroll inquiries via shared mailbox Perform payroll data validation, reconciliation, and record updates Analyze payroll data in Excel using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and related functions Support payroll processing activities and time-sensitive tasks Assist with payroll compliance, audits, and overpayment recovery projects Maintain accurate documentation and escalate risks/issues when required Collaborate with global teams in a multi-office environment Required Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of payroll, HR operations, shared services, or related experience Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) Customer service or employee support experience required Experience with ServiceNow and/or Workday. High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
