Back To Results Payroll Specialist Job Description Payroll Specialist-Full Cycle (Weekly 250) Our client located in Marietta is looking to hire a Full Cycle Payroll Specialist Duties include the following: Duties include, collecting, entering and maintaining data or weekly or bi-weekly processing, recording data for accounting reports, conducting ACH processing for direct deposits and performing some clerical duties. Strong knowledge in using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Work well with others internally and with clients. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. SAGE/Timberline strong ly preferred.
