Job Description
Payroll Coordinator-McDonough Georgia Performs confidential accounting duties that mainly consists of payroll processing for three companies in three states (GA, AL, TN), payroll tax reporting, child support payments, garnishments, levies, cash management, year-end processing (Payroll & General Ledger), general ledger account reconciliations, and general bookkeeping. Other related duties are to be performed as assigned. Minimum three years payroll processing and accounting experience and/or related educational experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business (i.e Accounting, Finance, etc) required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills. Logical and sound judgement and reasoning abilities. Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high accuracy level. Attention to detail. Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. UKG experience beneficial. Able to work with little supervision, while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines. Must pass background checks (i.e. police backgrounds, reference checks...)
