Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with tax regulations and company policies. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, Finance, and employees, supports payroll system administration, resolves payroll issues, and assists with audits. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and a focus on process improvement are preferred.

Job Duties:

Process payroll accurately and on time in accordance with company policies Assist employees and managers with payroll questions and issue resolution Prepare and reconcile payroll journals, GL worksheets, tax reporting, and payroll tax payments Prepare and distribute tax documents, including W-2s Coordinate payroll activities with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders Administer HRIS payroll and timekeeping modules Provide analysis and recommendations for payroll/HR process improvements Assist with internal and external audit requests #
