PM Pay:
$23.00-$27.00/hr (DOE)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with tax regulations and company policies. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, Finance, and employees, supports payroll system administration, resolves payroll issues, and assists with audits. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and a focus on process improvement are preferred.
Job Duties:
  • Process payroll accurately and on time in accordance with company policies
  • Assist employees and managers with payroll questions and issue resolution
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll journals, GL worksheets, tax reporting, and payroll tax payments
  • Prepare and distribute tax documents, including W-2s
  • Coordinate payroll activities with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders
  • Administer HRIS payroll and timekeeping modules
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for payroll/HR process improvements
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests #
RemedyHIjobs Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required
  • 1+ year of HR and/or Payroll experience
