Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $30 to $35 an hour Responsibilities Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule for multiple clients and employee groups. Review timesheets, payroll records, deductions, and earnings to ensure accuracy and compliance. Enter, update, and maintain employee and client information within payroll and accounting systems. Prepare and distribute payroll reports, earnings summaries, and supporting documentation. Generate and process client invoices and assist with billing-related inquiries. Prepare weekly certified payroll reports and affidavits in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Maintain organized payroll, tax, and employee records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and record verification as needed. Respond professionally and promptly to employee, client, and internal inquiries via phone and email. Collaborate with various departments to support onboarding, payroll changes, and account maintenance. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing, accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred. Knowledge of payroll practices, payroll taxes, wage and hour regulations, and compliance requirements in Hawaii. Experience with certified payroll reporting is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. #
