This role serves as the critical link for all payroll related tasks to include calculating wages, collecting employee data, tax filing and processing paychecks and resolving any payroll related issues. This position serves as a liaison between finance, human resources, and safety. This role is responsible for administrative duties to include portions of new hire orientation, HRIS administration, human resources administration, and safety administration with the primary emphasis on ensuring training and compliance standards are met.
REQUIRED
: Minimum of 2 - 5 years of payroll and administrative experience Required education: High School Diploma/GED required Preferred education: Associate degree or equivalent Two years' experience in payroll processing Able to exercise strict confidentiality Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll/payroll taxes best practicesSimilar remote jobs
