Work Model:
Hybrid What You Will Do:
- Review approved employment forms for accuracy regarding payment of wages
- Develop and enter payroll data while reviewing any discrepancies
- Prepare and complete payroll checks
- Maintain files for employees, payroll records, and billing records
- Monitor unscheduled payroll transactions, including voiding unused checks, issuing stop payment orders, and issuing replacement checks
- Conduct various payroll adjustments
- Analyze payroll, production records, and customer-related billing reports
- Process billings
- Create and submit invoices
- Assist customers with billing questions, customer website entry, and various other issues Additional Information

What You Need To Be Successful:
- Prior experience with multi-state payroll processing required
- Payroll tax knowledge and applicable experience
- Strong Excel experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Advanced communication skills
