This position focuses on the weekly distribution of payroll checks and the processing of customer invoices. Work Model:
    Hybrid What You Will Do:
    • Review approved employment forms for accuracy regarding payment of wages
    • Develop and enter payroll data while reviewing any discrepancies
    • Prepare and complete payroll checks
    • Maintain files for employees, payroll records, and billing records
    • Monitor unscheduled payroll transactions, including voiding unused checks, issuing stop payment orders, and issuing replacement checks
    • Conduct various payroll adjustments
    • Analyze payroll, production records, and customer-related billing reports
    • Process billings
    • Create and submit invoices
    • Assist customers with billing questions, customer website entry, and various other issues Additional Information

    What You Need To Be Successful:
    • Prior experience with multi-state payroll processing required
    • Payroll tax knowledge and applicable experience
    • Strong Excel experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Advanced communication skills
