Minimum of three years of general office/accounting experience; payroll experience preferred Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Intermediate understanding of accounting/mathematical procedures is required Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Strong strategic thinking and a firm attention to detail are a must Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking forms Knowledge of business units/structure preferred Superior attention to detail with the ability to locate discrepancies Motivation to be innovative with a continuous improvement mindset Exceptional customer service, organization and time management skills Special projects may be given to help support management metrics Ability to set goals, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines Comfortable making quick/calculated decisions Knowledge of IBM (CICS & IMS) and MDM systems Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Must be able to hear and speak clearly; read, comprehend and communicate, orally and in writing in order to effectively communicate in person or by phone
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
