Payroll Specialist (US) Payroll Specialist - $20/hr

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a stable opportunity with a supportive team? We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to join a fast-paced office environment where your accuracy, customer service, and problem-solving skills will make a real impact every day. • Process U.S. and Canadian payroll accurately and on time
• Review payroll data and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with employees and managers regarding payroll questions
• Maintain payroll records and documentation securely and accurately
• Assist with payroll tax documents including W-2s, T4s, and related reporting
• Complete payroll reconciliations and support compliance efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service
• Support continuous process improvements and special projects What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of office, accounting, or payroll experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
