What You'll Do As our Payroll Specialist / Client Support Specialist, you'll become a trusted resource for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their payroll is processed accurately, on time, and with exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing payroll for multiple clients accurately and on schedule Serving as a primary point of contact for clients' payroll questions and needs Maintaining payroll records through accurate data entry and record updates Updating employee information, earnings, deductions, benefits, and garnishments Preparing quarterly and annual payroll tax filings Communicating professionally with clients and coworkers by phone, email, and in person Organizing and maintaining electronic client files Scanning, collating, and electronically filing tax documents Performing administrative support tasks and assisting the team during tax season What Makes Someone Successful Here We're looking for someone who enjoys details, takes pride in accuracy, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
