Payroll Administrator Avero - 3.3 South Bend, IN Job Details 11 hours ago Qualifications Paylocity Full Job Description Payroll Specialist (Paylocity experience needed) Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist with strong expertise in Paylocity to manage and process payroll operations accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Paylocity as their primary payroll platform and possess a strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax compliance, employee records management, and payroll reporting. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting employees and leadership with payroll-related needs. Key Responsibilities Process weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule using Paylocity Maintain and audit employee payroll records, earnings, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations Manage payroll imports, exports, reporting, and system maintenance within Paylocity Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner Administer timekeeping, PTO tracking, and attendance data integration Coordinate payroll processing for new hires, terminations, bonuses, commissions, and benefit deductions Prepare payroll reports for finance, HR, and leadership teams Support year-end payroll activities including W-2 processing and audits Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate employee and compensation data Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information
