$55,000 – $65,000 (annual equivalent) Overview Seeking a hands-on Payroll Specialist to step in and support payroll, benefits, and onboarding while also helping document current processes. This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal guidance. Key Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for 100 employees (hourly & salaried) using Paylocity
• Review and validate timecards, PTO, and payroll changes (including merit increases)
• Generate payroll reports and provide weekly overtime reporting to management
• Support benefits administration (401k, enrollments, broker coordination)
• Assist with onboarding and posting roles through Paylocity
• Document payroll and HR processes Qualifications
• Payroll experience required (full-cycle preferred)
• Paylocity experience highly preferred
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve #
