Job Description

What you'll be doing: We're looking for a Global Payroll Specialist to join our People Services team and help deliver a seamless, accurate payroll experience for our employees across multiple countries. You'll take ownership of end‑to‑end payroll delivery for a portfolio of countries, playing a key role in delivering a smooth, reliable payroll experience for employees. You'll work closely with external payroll vendors, acting as the main point of contact to ensure service quality, resolve issues, and maintain strong partnerships. You'll support employees and stakeholders with payroll-related questions, while also helping to strengthen controls, improve data quality, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Along the way, you'll contribute to making our global payroll processes more efficient and consistent.
Key responsibilities:
End‑to‑end payroll processing across multiple countries Partnering with external payroll vendors and overseeing service delivery Reviewing and validating payroll data using reports and controls Supporting employees with pay, tax, and benefits inquiries Contributing to payroll process improvement, automation, and standardisation initiatives What we're looking for: 2-3+ years of payroll experience, ideally within an SSC, BPO, or GBS environment High proficiency in English is required; an additional European language is an advantage Advanced Excel skills and hands‑on experience with payroll systems such as ADP, SAP, Workday, or Deel is essential High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders effectively A proactive and agile mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to change, navigate ambiguity, and continuously improve ways of working in a global environment.
