Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office software. Ability to accurately manage payroll, employee records, and administrative documentation. Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems is a plus. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of administrative, payroll, customer service, receptionist, or office support experience. Experience processing payroll information, reviewing timesheets, and maintaining employee records preferred. Experience handling confidential employee and payroll information. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Previous front desk, receptionist, staffing, human resources, or payroll administration experience. Knowledge of onboarding processes, employment documentation, background checks, and drug screening procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities. Ability to work independently while supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday. Frequent use of computers, telephones, printers, and other office equipment. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while performing detailed administrative and payroll tasks. Job Duties Greet employees, applicants, clients, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general office inquiries. Collect, review, and process employee timesheets, payroll documentation, and timekeeping records. Verify payroll information, identify discrepancies, and assist employees with payroll-related questions. Process onboarding paperwork and support new hire orientation activities. Monitor and track background checks, drug screens, and employment documentation. Maintain accurate employee files and ensure records remain complete and compliant. Prepare reports, perform data entry, and maintain payroll and personnel databases. Coordinate communication between employees, managers, and internal departments regarding payroll and administrative matters. Support daily branch operations through scheduling, filing, recordkeeping, and other administrative duties while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information.
