Friday Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring all employee data (new hires, terminations, pay changes) is up to date. Prepare and reconcile quarterly and annual payroll tax filings (Forms 941, 940, W-2, W-3) and ensure timely tax submissions. Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies in coordination with HR and accounting. Ensure compliance with wage laws, garnishments, deductions, and benefits contributions. Provide payroll documentation and respond to employee inquiries promptly. Stay current on federal and state payroll tax regulations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of payroll experience, including tax filing and account reconciliation. Proficient in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, or similar). Strong understanding of payroll tax forms and general accounting principles. Detail-oriented with excellent confidentiality, communication, and organization skills.

Preferred:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Certification (FPC or CPP) is a plus.
