Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess full-cycle, multi-state payroll using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group)Maintain and audit payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and taxesEnsure compliaance with all payroll laws and internal policiesReconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate output reportsHandle employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductionsManage garnishments, benefits deductions, and 401(k) contributionsCoordinate with HR and Finance on employee data changes (new hires, terminations, etc.)Assist with month-end and year-end processes, including W-2 preparationSupport audits and reporting requests as needed
