Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role involves managing the full payroll process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with HR and finance teams while delivering exceptional support to employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting, calculating, and inputting payroll data for employees.
  • Prepare detailed payroll reports and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with human resources and finance teams to integrate payroll with employee data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
  • Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records, including attendance, leave balances, and personal information.
  • Process commissions and other payments while adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Enter and reconcile daily cash, checks, wire payments, and accounts receivable adjustments.
  • Assist with accounts payable tasks, such as reviewing invoices, conducting weekly check runs, and mailing payments.
  • Generate various financial reports, including division cash reports and overdue accounts reports.
  • Stay informed about payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and implement best practices.
