Payroll Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support day-to-day payroll and HR operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring payroll data integrity, and supporting compliance and reporting processes. Key Responsibilities Processing payroll Enter and update employee information within payroll systems Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems Assist with wage calculations and payroll processing Support payroll compliance and documentation requirements Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and timekeeping Generate and review payroll reports Assist with ad hoc HR, payroll, and timekeeping tasks as needed Top Qualifications Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems quickly #RJAF123
