Payroll Specialist

Robert Half Payroll Specialist Woburn, MA Apply Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this role, you will handle comprehensive payroll operations, including multi-state payroll processing, while maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in payroll management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process payroll across multiple states, adhering to local regulations and guidelines.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their payroll needs and customizing solutions to their requirements.
• Utilize payroll software, with a preference for ISolve experience, to efficiently upload and process hours, sick time, and company policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee hours and benefits in alignment with company and client standards. Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, including full-cycle payroll.
• Proficiency in multi-state payroll processing and understanding of related regulations.
• Experience with payroll software systems; ISolve familiarity is preferred but not required.
• Strong client-facing communication skills to effectively manage relationships and address inquiries.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
