What You'll Own Your daily rhythm involves orchestrating weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly multi-state payroll distribution while enforcing total federal, state, and local compliance. Direct all payroll-related adjustments, encompassing garnishments, benefit deductions, unique allowances, and special compensation distributions. Anchor state payroll tax registration workflows and maintain total alignment with regional tax authorities. Architect clean employee life-cycle transitions, steering onboarding withholdings and final separation payouts with absolute accuracy. Reconcile general ledger payroll activity and audit plan benefits statements to eliminate discrepancies across financial accounts. Spearhead retirement contribution transfers, HSA/FSA allocations, and executive financial reporting for client leadership teams. What We'd Like Relevant years of experience navigating complex multi-entity payroll landscapes and payroll tax structures. Practical exposure to modern payroll management systems like ADP or Paychex.
